WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS FROM THE HIGH EARNER DELUXE COLLECTION ARE PRE-ORDER AND WILL SHIP ON OR BEFORE 10/31/21. ALL ITEMS FROM THE BOSSCATION COLLECTION ARE IN STOCK AND SHIP WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS.  WE SHIP VIA UPS FROM OUR DALLAS, TX WAREHOUSE. WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFO. PLEASE ALLOW FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, INCLEMENT WEATHER DELAYS. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

ONCE YOUR ITEM SHIPS, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN ORDERING, YOU MAY SET UP A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE AND THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO LOGIN AND CHECK FOR ORDER HISTORY AND UPDATES ALONG WITH TRACKING. 

 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. IN ORDER FOR AN ITEM TO BE EXCHANGED, IT MUST BE UNWORN, SHOW NO SIGNS OF WEAR/DAMAGE, AND SENT BACK TO US IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL HI@SHOPAUNDI.COM TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE. IF YOUR EXCHANGE IS APPROVED, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BACK WITHIN FIVE DAYS.
